This series of products are large-scale multi-functional high-end CNC machine tools independently developed by RIFA. The main components are optimized in cooperation with foreign specialized agencies. The products are compact in structure, beautiful in appearance, rich in functions, complete in configuration, excellent in performance, reliable in quality, and have the characteristics of high efficiency and flexibility. This series of machine tools has five coordinate axes: X axis (x1 axis and X2 axis), Y axis (Y1 axis and Y2 axis), Z axis and W axis (W1 axis and W2 axis). X, y and Z axes can realize three-axis linkage. W1 and W2 axes are synchronous axes respectively, with the ability of automatic tool change and accessory milling head change. The machine tool can automatically realize the multi-faceted processing of milling, drilling, reaming, tapping and boring of large and medium-sized box parts. It is suitable for petrochemical, refrigeration, metallurgy and other industries to realize pentahedral processing.
Structural features:
